Pay early, buy for less: part of your payment stays blocked at the partner institution until delivery and the rest is secured by the seller's collateral (above the seller's limit all of it is blocked). If there is no delivery, you get back everything you paid plus compensation pro rata to the time elapsed at a yearly rate (damages in the participation model, delay compensation in the conventional model).
