The agreement in brief

You use the information only to evaluate a possible business, investment or partnership relationship with ÖnGar.
You do not share the information with third parties, copy, reproduce or distribute it, or put the ÖnGar model to use without permission.
The confidentiality obligation has no end date; on request you return or destroy the documents you were given.
Your acceptance is recorded with your account, the date and time, the agreement version, your IP address and your browser details.

Financial model: revenue items, commission structure, unit economics and worked scenario tables.
Contract structure: who commits to what between buyer, seller, partner institution and ÖnGar; money flow and instruction authority.
Risk parameters: collateral, limit, blocked share, indemnity, late instalments, credit pledge and set-off rules.
Integration plan: the partner adapter, instruction types and the mock → pilot → live stages.
